A Family of Four — All Living with Visual Impairment

Meet Mr. V. Nagesh (35) and Mrs. Vijay (27). Both parents are visually impaired and work as tea-stall helpers to earn a modest income for their family’s daily survival. Their two young sons — Thilak (7), in Grade 1, and Bharath (5), in Nursery — are also visually impaired.

Despite their determination and hard work, the family’s income is not enough to meet their basic needs. With no additional source of support, they struggle to provide nutritious food, quality education, healthcare and a secure future for their children.

Livelihood — a small petty business so the parents can earn a stable, dignified living
